How FlyingCarVideo handles account, payment, upload, and generated-video data.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how FlyingCarVideo collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, accounts, support, payment flow, and AI video-generation service (the Service).

FlyingCarVideo is the independent operator responsible for the Service. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to connect@flyingcaraivideo.app. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  1. Account information — email address, display name, account identifiers, authentication records, preferences, and security information.
  2. Uploaded and generated media — the car photo you upload, the template you select, generation instructions and technical parameters, intermediate data, the generated video, and related file metadata.
  3. Generation and credit records — task identifiers, status, model and template selection, error and retry information, credit balance and history, and download or delivery status.
  4. Purchase information — product, price, currency, order identifier, payment status, refund status, and limited payer or transaction details returned by Waffo Pancake. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
  5. Device and usage information — IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages and features used, referral information, diagnostic logs, security events, and approximate location inferred from network information where needed for security or localization.
  6. Cookies and local storage — authentication, language, appearance, consent choices, security, and similar preferences stored in your browser.
  7. Communications — messages, attachments, and account or order information you include when contacting us.

We generally collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or use of the Service, and from service providers that process a transaction or technical request for us.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts;
  • accept photos, submit generation requests, track tasks, store results, and make videos available for preview and download;
  • record and fulfill credit purchases, process payments and refunds, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and maintain transaction records;
  • operate, troubleshoot, measure, improve, and protect the Service;
  • detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms;
  • respond to support, privacy, payment, and legal requests; and
  • comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, security, and other legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI generation and media handling

To generate a video, we send the information needed for the request—including the uploaded image, selected motion-reference information, built-in prompt, and technical parameters—to MiniMax H3. MiniMax processes that information to create or return the requested output.

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored using Cloudflare R2. Account, order, credit, task, and related application records may be stored using Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also provides network delivery and security functions.

Media must be reachable by the systems involved in generation and delivery. A file may therefore be available through a hard-to-guess object URL to our systems, MiniMax, and anyone to whom that URL is disclosed. Do not upload confidential material, government identifiers, financial records, or other sensitive personal information.

We use uploaded and generated media to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service. This Policy does not override the independent privacy obligations or legally applicable terms of our service providers.

5. Payments

Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment events. It may collect payment credentials, billing details, contact details, device or fraud-prevention data, and other information required to complete the transaction. FlyingCarVideo receives the order and payment information needed to deliver credits, verify webhooks, handle refunds, keep accounting records, and resolve disputes.

Payment information collected directly by Waffo Pancake is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. Do not send us full payment-card details by email or support message.

6. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information reasonably needed with:

  • Waffo Pancake, to process payments, refunds, and payment-related fraud checks;
  • MiniMax H3, to process image-to-video generation requests;
  • Cloudflare, including R2 and D1, to host media and application data and provide network and security services;
  • vendors that assist with authentication, email, monitoring, security, or customer support, when those functions are enabled;
  • professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or handle a business reorganization; and
  • a successor operator if the Service or relevant assets are transferred, subject to appropriate notice and legal safeguards.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

7. International processing

Our providers and their infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers. By using the Service, you understand that technical processing may occur across borders, subject to applicable law.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain account and credit records, secure and troubleshoot the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context; we do not promise automatic deletion of uploaded photos or generated videos after a fixed number of days.

You may request deletion of your account, uploaded media, generated media, or other personal information by emailing connect@flyingcaraivideo.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify the request. We will delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems within a reasonable period, but may retain:

  • order, refund, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud records where legally or operationally required;
  • information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • security records needed to prevent repeated abuse; and
  • limited residual copies in backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted network transport where supported. No online service or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting your account, and limiting the personal information in uploaded images.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Some rights are subject to exceptions and verification requirements.

You can update some account details in the Service and manage non-essential cookie choices where the cookie control is available. For other requests, email connect@flyingcaraivideo.app with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will use your information only as needed to verify and respond to the request and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.

11. Minors

The Service is only for people aged 18 or older and is not offered to minors, including with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting eligible information.

12. Third-party links and independent products

The Service may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. FlyingCarVideo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla or any other vehicle manufacturer.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
