Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of FlyingCarVideo video-generation credits. FlyingCarVideo does not currently sell subscriptions and does not automatically renew or repeatedly charge these purchases.

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

2. Refund for a completely unused purchase

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase if all credits included in that order remain unused.

A credit is treated as used once it has been consumed by an accepted generation request. If any credit from an order has been consumed, the order is generally not eligible for a full or partial change-of-mind refund, even if other credits from that order remain.

Purchased credits do not currently have a fixed expiration date, so you may keep an unused credit for a later generation instead of requesting a refund. Credits remain subject to the Terms of Service, including measures required for fraud, chargebacks, unlawful use, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Failed video generation

When a generation reaches a final technical failure and the Service records that failure, the credit reserved for that request is automatically returned to your account. An automatic credit return is not a cash refund and does not create a second credit.

If the credit does not return, the task remains stuck for an unreasonable time, or repeated failures prevent you from using purchased credits, contact us with the task identifier. We will investigate and apply an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring a credit, rerunning the task, or issuing a refund where required by this Policy or applicable law.

We do not normally provide a refund solely because a successfully generated video differs from your preferred creative result. AI output is probabilistic, and the limitations described in our Terms of Service apply. This does not affect remedies for a material failure to provide the purchased service or rights that applicable law gives you.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full. If the amount or product charged differs from what was shown at checkout, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct the transaction.

5. How to request a refund

Email connect@flyingcaraivideo.app from the address associated with your FlyingCarVideo account. Use the subject “Refund Request” and include:

• your FlyingCarVideo account email;
• the Waffo Pancake order or transaction identifier;
• the purchase date and product; and
• a short explanation, including any task identifier relevant to a generation failure.

Do not send your password, full card number, bank login, or security code.

We aim to acknowledge a refund request within 2 business days. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account, transaction, or reported issue.

6. Refund processing

Approved cash refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake. We aim to submit an approved refund within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds, and that timing is outside our control.

Currency conversion, bank, and payment-network adjustments are controlled by the relevant providers. We do not normally refund a purchase to a different payment method.

7. Abuse and chargebacks

We may deny a refund request that is fraudulent, materially misleading, duplicated, or inconsistent with account and generation records, except where a refund is required by law. Starting a chargeback without first contacting us may delay investigation and may cause the account to be restricted while the dispute is pending. This does not prevent you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.
